The great news from Ofcom is that a single shared licence will allow radio microphone users to use both Channel 69 and Channel 38 until Channel 69 is finally phased out during 2012 For those of you in regions where Channel 38 will not be available until 2012, Ofcom have allowed temporary access to Channels 39 and 40.
